Our students make an appointment and request a tutor providing their preferences of time and subject.
One of our coordinators will arrange the times with the student and our math experts.

4) Who is my tutor?

Our tutors are teachers, students, and professors with strong math backgrounds and a passion for teaching.
Our hiring process includes a rigorous application and assessment process.

Quality assurance is our priority! Because of this, coordinators regularly monitor and evaluate sessions.

As an additional resource for our tutors, we have a training portal and additional educational tools to maintain and improve their teaching skills.

5) How does online tutoring works?

We use Zoom to share the screen video and audio with the student.

An online whiteboard allows live interaction between the tutor and student to promote active learning.

6) Can I get a refund if I did not enjoy the tutoring?

We provide the best math experts, but we understand that sometimes tutoring sessions do not go as planned. The student and parent can reach one of our coordinators via email to provide feedback of the lesson. We will be happy to match the student with another tutor and will credit the hour on the package. If after the second tutor the student still feels unsatisfied, we will return your money on the unused hours.

7) What do I do if there are technical difficulties during my session?

The tutor will report any technical problems to the coordinator. The coordinator will then reschedule the session and will work to solve the problem.

8) What happens if I am late or need to cancel my session at the last minute?

A 24 hours notice (Click here to cancel your appointment) must be given prior to the session to avoid losing the hour credit.

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) will be charged as a full tutoring session.

It is the student's responsibility to be on time and to give appropriate notice for cancellations.

Late arrivals will finish out their scheduled appointment and will lose the missed time.

Due to our high demand, our students are scheduled back-to-back.

9) Do hour packages expire?

All purchased sessions will expire 3 months from purchase if left unused.
